This white Côtes du Rhône made from a blend of Roussanne and Viognier is dry and leaked . A skin fermentation and maturing at low temperatures allows it to retain its freshness. To drink with fish and shellfish. Keeps well : 5 to 7 years

Sublime white wine with subtle aromas of exotic fruits and flowers. Skin-contact fermentation followed by a maturation under low temperature give it all its freshness and . VIOGNIER BARRIQUES BIO

Sublimate white wine in the subtle maronnas of white flowers and grilled notes. A dandruff fermentation then a breeding in barrels gives it all its softness. To drink with fishe or meat. Serve it freshly but not ice-cold (10 – 12 °) Can be allowed Age (3 in 4 years). 13 % alc.could be served cold but not freezing (10 to 12°C). Can be stored to get older (3-4 years).
