Tweet Night Rouge
This Sweet Red is one of a kind. Fruity and floral, it surprises with its freshness and smoothness. Pleasant as an aperitif, with barbecues, ideal with fruity desserts. To drink young and fresh between 8 and 10 °. Alcohol content: 10%.
Dark bigarreau color, with intense purplish brown reflections.
Pleasant nose with sweet pepper characters and aromas of red berry jam. On the palate, the attack is full and spicy. The tannic structure is fleshy and coated.
To drink with starters or grilled meats, and all simple dishes in general.
Serve chilled during the summer. Can be aged
(3 to 4 years).
Alcohol content: 14%.
Côtes du Rhône rouge from a blend of Grenache and Carignan. Fruity, light and drinkable wine to drink with simple dishes.
Can be served a little refreshed in summer (for recent vintages). Ready to drink from the first year, conservation 3 to 7 years depending on the vintage. Short to medium dandruff fermentation (depending on the vintage) for fruit extraction only. 12.5% Alc.
Separated fermentation for 15 to 30 days), grenaches and carignans (long fermentation in order to extract a maximum of tannins). To be served with red meat and courses in a sauce. Strengthened and tannic wine. Ready to be drunk after a minimum of three years maturating, ideal after five years. To be stored for a maximum length of eight years. Alc. 13.5%.
Côtes du Rhône Villages red from a long maceration of the Syrah and Grenache.
Ruby color. Full-bodied and robust. Tannic wine ideal with all red meats in sauce and cheese. Ready to drink after aging for at least 3 years.
Ideal from the 5th year Maximum 15 years Garde.
Our strengthened or woody wine
Côtes du Rhône rouge obtained by the association of wine aged in oak barrels (50%) and pure Syrah (50%). To taste with red meats in sauce
and game. Cuvée limited to 4500 bottles. To drink after aging
from 3 to 5 years depending on the vintage. Maximum aging 8 to 10 years. Selection of tannic wines aged in oak barrels (4 to 6 wines) blended with 50% Syrah. 13.5% Alc.
Rare vintage (only 4,500 bottles per year). Pairing of selected wines aged in new oak barrels (6 to 9 months) Woody and very
full-bodied to drink with all winter dishes, marinated meats and game. Keeps 8 to 10 years.
To drink after aging for 3 to 5 years depending on the vintage. Selection of the best wines of the year aged exclusively in new oak barrels (French and European). 13.5% Alc.
Cuvée made with 100% Syrah grape variety. Very powerful wine with “animal”, blackcurrant and licorice aromas. To drink chambered and after a long aging
(3 to 5 years depending on the vintage). Very long aging. Minimum fermentation of 15 days up to 1 month. Winding twice a day to extract a maximum of tannins and fruit (blackcurrant). 12.5% Alc.
Le secret de papa Roger
Very powerful wine with “animal”, blackcurrant and licorice aromas, from old vines planted in 1951 by Papé Roger
It is ideally drunk as an accompaniment to game. Consume decanted after aging from 5 to 15 years depending on the vintage, being very long aging.
