RASTEAU

 Terroir: Limestone clay covered with rolled pebbles.

Grape varieties: 60% Grenache 30% Mourvèdre 10% Syrah

Vinification: Manual harvest, temperature control and fermentation for several weeks. ¼ matured in aged oak barrels to round the tannins.

Tasting: Intense ruby ​​color. Full-bodied and full-bodied, with aromas of ripe fruit and liquorice, develops in the mouth, a bouquet of spices and garrigue. Ideal companion for truffles and all powerful red meats paired with peppery dishes, terrine, cheese etc.

Serving temperature: between 15 and 18 ° C

Aging potential: 10 years

VACQUEYRAS BIO

Terroir: Clay-limestone

Grape varieties: 75% Grenache 25% Syrah

Vinification: Manual harvest and traditional vinification.

Tasting: Ruby cherry color, nose with aromas of cooked or even macerated red fruit, mouth rich in red fruit flavor with partially melted tannins. Drink with grilled or roasted meats, cheeses and chocolate desserts.

Serving temperature: 15 to 16 ° C

Aging potential: around 6 years

GIGONDAS

 Terroir: Sandy molasses, hillsides exposed to the west.
Grape varieties: 80% Grenache 20% Syrah

Vinification: Manual harvest with sorting. Control of temperatures, classic maceration for 15 days. Oak barrel aging for 1 year

Tasting: Dark red color with purplish reflections. Nose of red and ripe fruit, notes of liquorice and spices. Structured and distinguished wine. To taste with red meats, game and powerful cheeses.

Serving temperature: 17 ° C

Keeping potential: 10 years minimum

Chateauneuf du pape bio

Terroir: Clay-limestone soils of alpine diluvium with a high proportion of rolled pebbles

Grape varieties: 65% Grenache 20% Mourvèdre 10% Cinsault 5% Syrah

Vinification: Manual harvest and sorting of the grapes. Fermentation for several weeks under temperature control.

Tasting: Cherry color with violet reflections, fine and very dense with notes of morello cherry, ripe raspberries and sweet spices. Round, ample, silky and generous, it is a harmonious wine to taste in the next three or four years. Goes well with meats, game and cheeses.

Operating temperature :
Decant and serve chambered at 17 to 18 ° C.

Keeping potential: 10 years minimum

CONDRIEU

Grape varieties: 100% Viognier

Vinification: Manual harvest and alcoholic and malo-lactic fermentation in oak barrels.

Tasting: Light yellow color. Nose with aromas of acacia, white fruit, peach, after aeration. Young but already very complex wine. Nice bitterness, lots of freshness, a reserved but very complex aromatic contribution.

Serving temperature: 10 to 12 ° C

 

CROZES Hermitage Bio

Terroir: Soils mainly made up of granite arenas

Grape variety: 100% Syrah

Vinification: Made from carbonic maceration in a closed cuvée for 15 to 20 days. Aging in barrels from 14 to 18 in half-muits.

Tasting: Dark red color with purplish reflections. Elegant nose of ripe fruit and spices, woody.

Serving temperature: 17 ° C

Côte Rôtie

Terroir: Metamorphic rocks.

Grape varieties: 95% Syrah and 5% Viognier

Vinification: Manual harvest, malolactic maceration in barrels. Aging in 14 month barrels, 30% of which are new wood.

Tasting: Elegant nose of ripe fruit. Structured and distinguished wine. To taste with red meats, game and powerful cheeses.
