TRADITIONAL
WAY.
Sparkling and fruity white wine from
white grapes, to be served for the cocktail or with the dessert. Elaborated
from white grenache. Better to be drunk while yet young and cold.
To be served at a temperature between 8 and 10°C. Fermentation of
the grenache at low temperatures then elaboration of the sparkling
wine, according to the “champenoise” way. Alc. 12%.
VALENTIN'S
WHITE WINE.
White wine from a combination of white grenache
and viognier. Very fruity, better to be served cold with the cocktail,
with fish or shellfish. Drunk it while it still young. Tasting temperature:
10 to 12°C. Skin-contact fermentation (during 8hours) then control
of the temperatures both for the grenache and the viognier. Stirring
(during 15 days) but only for the viognier. Alc.12.5%.
CHARDONNAY.
Aromatic wine which is characterized by its
lightness and freshness. Peach, pear, pineapple and white flower aromas.
Served for the cocktail or with seafood, you will thoroughly enjoy
it. To be served cooled but not freezing (10 to 12°C). Can be stored
to get older (3-4 years). Alc.13%.
VIOGNIER.
Sublime white wine with subtle aromas
of exotic fruits and flowers. Skin-contact fermentation followed by
a maturation under low temperature give it all its freshness and .
To be served with fish, creamy cheeses and chocolate desserts. To
be served cold but not freezing (10 to 12°C). Can be stored to get
older (3-4 years). Alc. 13%.
VIOGNIER
FUTS.
Sublimate white wine in the subtle
aromas of white flowers and grilled notes. A dandruff fermentation
then a breeding in barrels gives to him all its softness. To drink
with fishes or meats in the cream. To serve freshly but not ice-cold
(10 - 12 °) Can be allowed Age (3 in 4 years). 13 % alc. To be served
cold but not freezing (10 to 12°C). Can be stored to get older (3-4
years). Alc. 13%.
