During
the whole year, trainees and theme stays are offered depending on seasons
and harvests.
JANUARY - FEBRUARY
Truffle harvest with a truffle dog, and cooking of the “brouillade de
truffes”. Vineyard pruning. Visit of the cellar. Initiation to tasting
and tasting of wines served with a small buffet.
MARCH - APRIL
Vineyard pruning. Bottle-filling. Visit of the cellar. Initiation to
tasting and tasting of wines served with a small buffet. Bottle filling
of rosé and white wines.
MAY
- JUNE
Cut of vine's buds. Visit of the cellar. Initiation to tasting and tasting
of wines served with a small buffet. Vine
festivities and Ascension week-end.
JULY - AUGUST
Each Tuesday: visit of the vineyard, brief lesson of ampelography. Visit
of the cellar. Initiation to tasting and tasting of our wines served
with a small buffet. Each Thursday: nocturnal walking and picnic at
the troglodytic site. Bottle-filling of red wines.
SEPTEMBER
- OCTOBER
Participation to the harvest and vinification. Visit of the cellar.
Initiation to tasting and tasting of wines served with a small buffet.
NOVEMBER
- DECEMBER
Presence through shows in France and Belgium.
