COTES
DU RHONE ROSE. Rosé
de saignée. NDT: saignée: This wine making process involved bleeding
off a portion of red wine after only a short period of contact of
the juice with the grape skins. Because the colour of red wine is
derived from pigments in the skins, the juice is only pink, not red.
80% of grenache and 20% of cinsault give to our rosé all its fruity
aspect. It will be pleasant served with your grilled meat and salads,
your summer and exotic cooking. To be served fresh and cold. Tasting
temperature: 10 to 12°C. Alc. 13%.
VALENTIN'S
RED WINE. Light
red land wine from Vaucluse. This ombination of grenache and merlot
is ideal for simple occasions. Not very strong in tannin and alcohol,
it can be served with every light cooking. It is even more guggable/lively
when served once cooled. To be drunk while still young, it can be
stored but only for a short time (3 years maximum). Short skin-contact
fermentation but only for the fruits extraction. Alc. 12%.
MERLOT.
Light
red land wine from Vaucluse. Entirely pure merlot. When served lightly
cooled, its cherry aromas match very well with salads and barbecues.
To be drunk cold during summer or directly from the cellar during the
other seasons, this wine can be briefly stored. Alc.12%.
ALEXANDRE'S
VINTAGE. Red
Côtes du Rhône stemmed from a combination of grenache and carignan.
Fruity, light and guggable, this wine is to be served with simple
course. It can be served lightly cooled during summer (for the recent
vintages). Ready to be drunk the year it is produced, it can be stored
during 3 to 7 years depending on the vintage. Short or medium skin-contact
fermentation (depending on the vintage) but only for the fruits extraction.
Alc.12.5%.
